One site, two production cores, one management system
Thaloplast manufactures on a 17,000 m² factory and warehouse site at Tien Son Industrial Park, Bac Ninh, with 31 production machines, polybag film-blowing lines and 150 employees. Injection molding, blow molding, film blowing and recycling run side by side on one site.
Both production cores are managed to ISO 9001:2015. Pharma packaging is managed to ISO 15378 in a Class D+ cleanroom, recycled compounds are GRS certified, and the plant is audited under Sedex SMETA.

Two production cores
Each core has its own building, raw-material store, lines and staff.
Core 1: Garment hangers and recycled compounds
Garment hangers and recycled compound resins (PP, PE, PS), with 8,000 tonnes of processing capacity a year. GRS certified, compliant with RoHS and REACH for export.
Core 2: Pharma, beverage and chemical packaging
Pharma packaging blow-molded in a Class D+ cleanroom to ISO 15378, using virgin resin only. Crates for beverage brands and canisters for the chemical sector.
