Thaloplast’s factory and warehouse are at No. 5, TS5 Road, Tien Son Industrial Park, Bac Ninh. Injection molding, blow molding, film blowing and recycling run side by side on one site, with 31 production machines, polybag film-blowing lines and 150 employees.
Four process types on one site
Injection molding
Crates, hangers and technical parts. 20 machines dedicated to hangers, 4 to crates.
Blow molding
Pharma canisters, blow-molded in a Class D+ cleanroom, plus canisters for the chemical and construction sectors.
Film blowing
Lines blow film and convert it into finished polybags in-house.
Recycling
Crushers and granulators in a dedicated recycling workshop produce recycled resins and compounds.
Machine fleet
31 production machines, complemented by robotics and automated equipment, plus polybag film-blowing lines.

Racked warehousing and direct dispatch
Each production core has its own building and raw-material store. Finished goods are held in racked warehousing on site, ready for dispatch.
Finished crates are palletized and shipped directly from the factory; recycled compounds are packed in jumbo bags for export.
