Thaloplast’s 31 production machines are complemented by robotics and automated equipment. Products are tested in the plant’s own lab and against instructions posted at every station.

In-house testing lab
Recycled compounds go through comprehensive testing of their key physical, mechanical and chemical properties. Dedicated recycling and compounding processes keep material properties under control from lot to lot.
