30 years setting the standard in plastic packaging and industrial materials
Founded in 1994, Thang Long Plastics JSC (Thaloplast) has grown into a 17,000 m² manufacturing base at Tien Son Industrial Park, Bac Ninh, with 150 employees and 31 production machines.
We operate a dual-core model: recycled industrial plastics and cleanroom pharmaceutical packaging. With Class D+ cleanroom manufacturing, ISO 15378-based management and international standards including SMETA and GRS, Thaloplast helps partners meet global compliance requirements while advancing the circular economy.

Two production cores, one management system
Each core has its own building, raw-material store, lines and staff, all run under one ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Core 1: Garment hangers and recycled compounds
High-quality garment hangers and recycled compound resins, with 8,000 tonnes a year of processing capacity. GRS certified with Transaction Certificates, RoHS and REACH compliant, and SMETA (Sedex) audited.
Core 2: Pharma, beverage and chemical packaging
Pharma-grade primary packaging made in a Class D+ cleanroom and managed to ISO 15378. Canisters, drums and crates for major beverage brands and the chemical sector. Virgin resin only, with detailed batch records for every lot.
