3. Audit on site
If you need an on-site assessment, you can book a visit to our plant at Tien Son Industrial Park, Bac Ninh.
Used to annual audits
Since 2012, Thaloplast has worked closely with Mainetti to upgrade operational standards and meet annual certification requirements, including Sedex SMETA since 2019 and GRS since 2022.
Over 15 years, Thaloplast has supplied Mainetti with more than 30,000 tonnes of recycled compound (rPP, rPS), alongside approximately 120 million hangers a year.

Do you provide test documentation for recycled compounds?
Yes. Detailed documentation covering key physical, mechanical and chemical properties is available on request.
Can pharma packaging be traced by lot?
Yes. Every lot of pharma packaging has a detailed batch record for full traceability.
Is recycling separated from pharma packaging production?
Yes. The recycling lines have their own building, warehouse and personnel, separate from pharma operations. Pharma packaging uses virgin resin only.
Does each compound shipment come with a GRS TC?
Yes, a GRS Transaction Certificate is provided for every shipment of GRS-certified recycled compound.
