The best way to assess a supplier is to watch them make the product. Thaloplast’s 17,000 m² plant at Tien Son Industrial Park, Bac Ninh runs four process types side by side on one site.

What you will see
Injection molding
20 hanger and 4 crate injection machines producing hangers, crates and technical parts.
Blow molding
4 canister blow-molding machines, with pharma canisters made in a cleanroom.
Film blowing
Polybag lines that blow film and convert it into finished bags in-house.
Recycling
3 recycling machines crushing and granulating in a separate workshop, with 8,000 tonnes a year of capacity.
Testing lab
Products are tested in-house against written instructions posted at every station.
Warehousing
Racked warehousing holds finished goods ready for dispatch. Crates are palletized and shipped directly from the factory.
Class D+ cleanroom
Pharma canisters are blow-molded in a Class D+ cleanroom managed to ISO 15378 and GMP principles, with capacity of up to 2 million canisters a year.
This is a contamination-controlled area with its own entry rules. What can be seen in the cleanroom will be agreed with you when you register.
