Thaloplast offers injection molding with customer molds and blow molding to customer designs. Four process types run side by side on one 17,000 m² site: injection molding, blow molding, film blowing and recycling.
All operations run under ISO 9001:2015, with an in-house testing lab and inspection instructions at every station.

31 machines, backed by robotics
Thaloplast runs an integrated manufacturing system of 31 production machines, complemented by robotics and automated equipment. This gives consistent production, efficient operations and reliable quality across a wide range of products.
Product lines run in two production cores, each with its own building, raw-material store, lines and staff.
Tested in-house
Products are tested in-house against written instructions at every station.
