Pharma packaging that is clean, traceable and compliant
In pharma, packaging is part of the product. Canisters must be clean and free of contaminants, every lot must be traceable, and the supplier must pass audits against pharmaceutical packaging standards.
Thaloplast meets this with an independent, tightly controlled packaging production system. The B.Braun pharmaceutical group (Germany) is our partner in this field.
How we meet these needs
Class D+ cleanroom
Pharma canisters are blow-molded in a Class D+ cleanroom, with controlled conditions designed to minimise contamination.
ISO 15378 and GMP
Quality management aligned with ISO 15378, the standard for primary packaging of medicinal products, and GMP principles.
Virgin resin only
Pharma packaging uses virgin resin only, with strictly no recycled material.
Batch records for every lot
Every lot comes with detailed batch records for complete traceability.
Separated from recycling
Pharma packaging has its own building, raw-material store, lines and staff, never shared with recycling.
Tested on site
Products are tested in our in-house lab, against written instructions at every station.
