Thaloplast makes plastic crates for beer and beverage groups. Crates are injection-molded on 4 dedicated machines, with output of 2-2.5 million a year.
Finished crates are palletized and shipped directly from the factory.
Crate injection molding at volume
The crate workshop runs 4 dedicated injection molding machines in Core 2. Thaloplast’s 31-machine fleet is supported by robotics and automated equipment for consistent output and quality.
Production follows ISO 9001:2015, with checks against written instructions at every station.
