In October 2018, Thang Long Plastics completed its transition from the 2008 version of ISO 9001 and was awarded ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification.
In Q4 2018, Thang Long Plastics invested in new machinery and equipment and renovated and upgraded its cleanroom production area. The Company is continuing to develop its procedures and implement the ISO 15378 management system (good manufacturing practice for primary packaging materials for the pharmaceutical industry). ISO 15378 certification by SGS is expected in March 2019.
In addition, the Company consistently focuses on improving working conditions and keeping the workplace safe for its employees. Thang Long Plastics JSC is implementing and putting into practice the SMETA code on matters relating to social responsibility and safe working conditions for employees.
